I am a clinical neuropsychologist, trained mediator, and conflict resolution consultant. I have specialized training in Elder Mediation and workplace conflict resolution consulting and am certified by Eckerd College Center for Conflict Dynamics to use the Conflict Dynamics Profile (CDP).

I have provided clinical neuropsychological services for over 25 years to a varied population in a healthcare setting, while developing mediation and consulting skills.

I am the Montana representative/chairperson for the American Psychological Association’s Psychologically Healthy Workplace Awards program, a community service initiative. I am currently developing the Montana program to help improve the health and effectiveness of Montana’s organizations and employees. I am the treasurer of the Montana Psychological Association (MPA).

My recent work in consulting includes improving culture, communication, and conflict management in healthcare and other organizational settings, as well as leadership focus and conflict management in technology arenas. I help management and C-suite leaders improve their high performance dynamics through effective conflict management and communication. My consulting integrates extensive experience in objective assessment and evaluations, knowledge of positive psychology and neuroscience principles, with organizational objectives.

My husband and I live in Helena, Montana where we have raised our three children. While it is not always appreciated by my family, I attempt to use humor to elevate the mundane and manage life’s ups and downs.
