FIELD EXPERIENCE
CAPABILITIES & BACKGROUND
Consulting And Management (CAM) Services provides construction management and project coordination for secure and non-secure Overseas Buildings Operations (OBO) construction projects. CAM acts as the liaison and coordinator between OBO, Architects, Engineers, General Contractors and subcontractors to ensure the correct information is delivered to the appropriate party and that the project moves forward at the optimal pace.

PAST PERFORMANCE
CAM’s Construction Management arm was created after testing these Project Coordination strategies. With its application, multiple OBO construction projects that were either behind schedule or stopped entirely were successfully turned around and completed. I have eight years of experience managing OBO projects from both the office and field, as well as experience project managing design firms. During my time in the field I have created a network of highly professional and motivated construction managers who share my integrity and desire to finish projects correctly while being on time and under budget.
DIFFERENTIATORS
Rather than simply sending a manager with a security clearance and possibly limited experience to a job site without ever meeting or working with them, a CAM Project Coordinator goes to the site for several months with the General Contractor’s Superintendent and craftsmen to set up the project. We then put the right people in place and train them so they perform as OBO requires. Afterwards, we oversee the remainder of the project remotely with periodic site visits.
